Orders and Shipping
Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 7 business days inside Egypt, depending on your location. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your item is dispatched.
Simply click on the “My Account” or “Sign Up” button at the top of our website, then enter your email and choose a password. You can also sign up during the checkout process.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact our customer support immediately with the correct address.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with a tracking number and link to follow your shipment in real time.
Whenever possible, we ship all items in one package. However, if your order contains multiple large or delicate items, they might arrive in separate shipments to ensure maximum protection.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
We sincerely apologize! Please contact our support team with a photo of the item you received, and we’ll arrange for the correct product to be sent out as quickly as possible.
We’re sorry to hear that. Please send us photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we’ll either send a replacement or arrange a return, depending on the situation.

Yes—if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once it’s dispatched, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
In some cases, yes! If an item is out of stock but available for pre-order, you’ll see a pre-order option on the product page. We’ll also mention the expected delivery date.
